Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Aetheron Trading Space ("Aetheron", "we", "us") is an online workspace for traders in Cambodia and abroad. It gives members a trading dashboard, market data, analytics, AI insights, a journal and trading signals. Contact: support@aetheron.example.

3. Who can use Aetheron

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade where you live.
• One person per account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must give true details, including your broker, MT5 server and trading account number.

4. Approval and referral

Access is approved after we check your trading account. Accounts opened with the Aetheron Exness partner link or code receive the referral price. Accounts that are not under our referral pay the full price. We may refuse or remove approval if the details are false or the account is used by someone else.

5. Memberships and payment

• Memberships are sold per 30-day term (monthly, quarterly or yearly) for a number of trading account slots. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Plans & Billing page before you pay.
• Payments are processed by ABA PayWay (ABA KHQR, ABA Pay or card). We do not see or store your card details.
• Renewal is manual: nothing is charged automatically. A renewal starts when your current term ends.
• We may change prices for future terms; a term you already paid for is not affected.

6. The AetheronSync EA

The EA only reads your MT5 account (balance, positions and trade history) and sends it to your dashboard. It never needs your MT5 password. Signal execution, where you turn it on, follows the risk settings you choose.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell or copy your access, signals or reports.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Do not use Aetheron for anything illegal, including money laundering or market manipulation.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Aetheron available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or because of brokers, data providers or the internet. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Aetheron is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, signals, data or the EA. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Aetheron at any time and ask us to delete your account.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider).
• Trading details you submit: broker, MT5 server and trading account number, and any note you add.
• Synced trading data: from the AetheronSync EA: balance, equity, open positions and closed trades.
• Membership and payments: plan, slots, dates and payment status. Card and bank details stay with ABA PayWay.
• Your content: journal entries, settings, signals and AI chat messages.
• On your device: your sign-in session and preferences (such as the theme) in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run your dashboard, analytics, signals and AI insights.
• To approve your access and check whether your account is under our referral.
• To process memberships and payments, and to send account emails (confirmation, password reset).
• To keep the service secure and to answer support requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what each service needs to work:

• Supabase: hosting of our database, login and server functions.
• ABA Bank (PayWay): to process your payments.
• Exness: to confirm that your trading account is under the Aetheron partner code.
• Anthropic (Claude): to generate AI insights from your own data when you use the AI features.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can see and change most of your details in My Account. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email support@aetheron.example.

Security

Your data is sent over encrypted connections, and each member can only read their own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Refund Policy

• A membership is digital access that starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, so paid memberships, renewals and added account slots cannot be refunded, cancelled for a refund or exchanged for cash.
• Not using the service, trading results or changing your mind are not reasons for a refund.
• Please check the plan, period and number of slots on the order summary before you pay.
• If a payment fails or is cancelled on the ABA PayWay page, you are not charged and no membership is added.
• If you think a payment was made in error, contact us at support@aetheron.example with the transaction ID shown on your Plans & Billing page.
